The group with overall control is
Nash corporation Ltd and the directors are
Kevin 75%
and Lee Nash 25%

Not sure which bit of Companies House said that and I find Companies House web info is sometimes out of date even with my own business which is worrying!
The latest Experian business report says Kevin Nash 238889 preference shares and 3415 ordinary shares. Lee Nash has 1906 ordinary shares and Alan Blair has 1700 ordinary shares.
This company shows as currently owning the others such as Nash Group, Nash tackle (now dormant) etc. Normal way to run such a business really. They are close to overdue publishing last years accounts and the year before the profit was negative i.e. a loss on the books. So have the sold up to cover losses....only they will really know

Go into Nash tackle
Then go into people with significant control that then says Nash corporation
Open that and it give the list of directors
As already said it's not perfect...
We all know it's a legal tax fiddle

Nash are another level and their customer service is *****,plenty of decent UK companies if you look around and don't mind paying extra
