Currently using a double layered Trakker, fleece and smooth layers. Am starting to find if far too bulky and last night was so hot under the fleece, I ended up crawling into smooth, cooler side. Am looking at the trakker Big Snooze Plus smooth but just wanted to know if anyone has one of these and what is it like in the warmer months. I do tend to only sleep in shorts and t-shirt as well..

I have the trakker big snooze and find it to warm in the summer
So I bought a jrc defender 3 season and use it with my thermal
Cover or sllep on the bag under the cover 🤣

All bags are crap when its hot - just get a Gardner Compact bedchair cover (if you can source one) and sleep under that

I have a snooze lite as well but found it just a little too cold even in the warmer months so I ended up chucking the dog in it!

I have a Rod Hutchinson All Season sleeping bag, but I'm already sleeping under just an Ultimate Sleeping bag cover as a sleeping bag is too hot
Cotswold quilted cover with removable fleece is very good but expensive, just bought the korda kover which has a soft outer and good quality removable micro type fleece.

I have the nash 5 season sleep system and its awesome apart from the weight. Just use the top layer in summer and autumn also got a trakker fleece and I think the top layer on the sleep system seems about the same.

Try a cotton sleeping bag liner (minus the sleeping bag). I find they're perfect for hot nights.

I have the trakker duotexx sleeping bag. Double layer so you can sleep under the top 2 layers in winter and just one layer in summer. The top layer is also soft quilt with the bottom being fleece so you actually feel reasonably cool in summer. The best advantage though is you can leave the same sleeping bag on the bedchair all year.

Thats another reason i have to get a new one as as i have to pack mine away after every session so def looking for something i can leave on.

snugpak jungle blanket is what I use when it's warm, really light weight, water repellent outer...greatvfor warm summer nights when you just want something over you,I find it weird sleeping without having something to pull over you.
Gardner bedchair cover is all I need in the summer never been cold

Which of the 2 would you recommend if you had to choose? found a shop (Belgium) that sells the Cotswold for the same price as the korda cover.

If that's the quilted cover and fleece I'd buy that as it's probably warmer in winter and the fleece may be all you need on warm nights or quilted cover if a little cooler. Trouble is we are all different and what suits me may not suit you.
