Has anyone used this company and what are they like in terms of the quality and the service?

I saw the shelf life particles in the tub the other week, after that week they said you could only purchase from retailers but there is none near me. They seem to have good deals on at times but never used them. Will keep an eye on this post see what others say.

I have used them a couple of times, decent quality etc. I still prefer to make my own as I can make it how I like, but can't complain with the products I have had

Used them a couple of times. Delivery is good, quality is acceptable at best imo (but does the job). Don't expect anything like the quality you'll achieve by doing them yourself mate.

Pay for what you get. Same as anything, cheap rubbish. Had a few lots, never again. Half of it floated on the second batch. I'd sooner use dynamite stuff off the shelf, now I get my bits off of Dan Kilgour, big dog particles. Dearer, but well prepped, with better quality ingredients in the mixes and have been very pleased since.

Odd to see the mixed reviews on here, as I say I only used them once or twice and didn't have any major issues, but also do prefer them when I make at home

I used them once when I didn't have time to prep them myself, I have to say the quality was poor compared to other prepared particularly I have bought in the past.

Was just about to ask the same questions. Plenty of mixed reviews, so might give it a miss. I did try making some myself at home, not sure if it was the ingredients I bought but they was filthy even after cleaning and created an awful scummy foam at the top, turned out like a big pile of dirty slop.

They seem to have some decent deals on now, I keep getting emails from them, think the last one was 40kg for 35 quid
