Total Fishing Tackle have switched their phones off STILL ? which is a bit worrying as most companies are now open for business and there were rumours that they were closing ?
but they are stil taking money for pre order stock ???

Dunno but I ordered yesterday morning and my parcel arrived today. Ordered loads off them through lockdown with no problems at all, haven't pre-ordered anything though.

No probs. I've got the 12 month next day delivery thing with them so do quite a few small orders as well as a few bigger ones (some Reubens etc) and haven't had any issues,

They still have the enquiry system and replied to me after a couple of days a little while ago. Was trying to order something and their listed price was different from the drop down list and couldn't order what i wanted for the price they advertised. They honoured the listing price straight away, so all good

Expect 3 days for customer service to reply, just don't make a mistake with your order of it will be sent before they get the info to amend it.. i am now the owner of a spool of invisitec and pb control.. lol oh well cant br arsed to return one. Pb control looks fantastic by the way, it will be going on my spools to try out in 24lb. Expect feedback in 2 weeks time.
The order came very quickly as well so no issues there, I've used them for years, it did annoy me somewhat yesterday but the invisitrc was 9.99 which id why I bought it as was a bargain. Nevermind I will use it if I don't find the pb tough enough. Its only 0.35 in 24lb line it looks a lot thinner than the invisitec.. time will tell.

I've never had to contact them but use them all the time, they have some great deals and always quick delivery for me. I ordered some jag bars from them the other day, had tracked shipping ref within 24 hours

I only had a part order turn up last Friday, contacted them through contact us page and they have been fantastic, turns out Tufnells have lost one of the boxes. Will be here Friday, no quibbles.

The Control is low diameter for 24lb because it's not 24lb. In the tackle box tests it broke at 16lb, pretty much average for its diameter. Just more marketing BS, no need if it's a good line anyway.

I had to send my Cult Ranger back to them for a warranty repair and they had it back to me in a matter of days.
I've heard horror stories about a lot of the big tackle firms but I can honestly say I've never had any issues with them. I've ordered from them several times, Including through COVID and they've been brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again

PB Control line.....I thought it was very stretchy and as said, the BS vs Dia, no sorry, load of rubbish. It is, IMO, no better than any other average mono. Sorry for the thread hi jack.

They've posted on FB today that they are having issues with messaging so advising you to email them instead. From my experienced they are a decent store and when an order has gone wrong they have worked hard to resolve but need to bear in mind they do use Yodel for deliveries.

my mate is a but brassed off that most companies are now manning their phone lines yet they arestill using covid as an EXCUSE to not answer the phones

Yea i went by diameter I don't believe all that rubbish either.. it is extremely supple off the spool.. just trying to decide whether to use it on my small syndicate that is quite snaggy with pads etc or stick the 15lb invisitec on for now
