Just brought an attx and dongles,
Am having problems getting them to work with my delkim plus
The jacks on the dongles fit perfectly into the bottom of the alarms but can't get the reciever to sound when the alarm goes.
Any ideas??

Have you sync'd the dongles with the receiver?

theres a sequence or combination of buttons you need to press to sync the congles with the receiver - if you look on the manual on the website it will tell you im sure

when you hold the button on the receiver and switch it on, then hold the button doen for 5 seconds - do you get to the point where the light flashes on station 1?

Just put a new battery in to try and it's not that,
So yes I hold the side button down, switch the reciever on until all the lights light up then which the first led flashing I touch the sensor on my delkim but the light doesnt then move on To the. NExt one like it's supposed to do!......

Hmm -
do you have more than one jack socket on the delkim? - fox alarms have 2 - one is for the illuminated hangers/swingers.
Have you tried different dongles and different alarms?

So as far as I can see there is only one jack socket, well one that is in the right position of the alarm (bottom right corner )
I had only tried it with the one alarm. I tried all 3 of the do ngles.
Maybe I should try ut with one of the other alarms....

I have Attx dongles on my Delkims.
Firstly, check that all the batteries in the dongles are good, and that the battery connections are actually touching the base metal of the battery.
On mine the base battery connector in the dongle has a central piece shaped like a leaf, which sometimes goes flat into the middle of the connector and does not touch the battery. I have had to push it back onto the battery base. I have actually put a blob of solder on the bottom connection as this leaf metal is soft and easily bends putting batteries in or out.
Put the dongles into the alarms.
Holding the Attx receiver button down, switch on the receiver. The whole lights will flash from left to right, then the first light will flash.
Make the alarm bleep, the light will go out, next will flash, and so onto the numbers of rods you have.

Have you bought new or a second hand attx system ? If so is it V1 or 2 , having read your other posts yeah try another delkim, I use attx on my microns and all the other posts are correct for setting up.

Cheers for the tips.
I will try another alarm and also making sure the batteries I are in correct.
I have also now brought a couple of jack adapters as maybe I have the 2.5mm jack when I think I need to he 3.5mm.
Although they do seem to fit in the hole....

Reference the batteries, I would advise against buying cheap ones through ebay. I have done so in the past and a number when I went to use them were already flat.
Gardner do sell batteries themselves, but they are the same as the cheap ones often found on ebay, I think they are made by GP.
I used to get mine from Maplin, but obviously with their demise will now need to find another source. I used to buy 5/6 at a time, so always had back-ups.
Duracell do a MN11 which is good.
