Hi. As per title. Looking at 2 man bivvy suggestions for the winter. Don't mind going used for the right one. Poss' new ideas are Sonik S2k /Fox EOS TT( TFt doing own model) used domething like Nash Double top or JRC Coccoon?? budget upto @ £250 TIA

see if you can get hold of a 2 man spiderdome propper 2 man pramhood perfect, i used to take my lad in it cheap if you can get one.

I use one of these when the Mrs comes with me, cracking bivvy and think you can get an overwrap for it too if you need it.

Jrc tx2 2 man xxl bivvy on e Bay used but has overwrap for £450 worth a look.

Carp-zone hurricane AS model are cheap as chips and are a pretty decent 2 man bivvy.
I only ever use mine in France so can't comment how it fair using it on more regular basis.

I've had the EOS TT Pro for a couple of seasons. Pro version has rear vents, so if you're only using in winter I suppose you wouldn't need them. I use it for longer winter sessions instead of a brolly system, and when I take my lad.
I've had no issues at all with it, can easily get 2 bedchairs plus gear in but it's a pramhood style so easy to put up on your own - I had a Tempest 200 which is sound, but massive and on the windy banks of the Trent was like trying to hold onto a circus tent.
Nice big peak on the EOS as well which keeps out most of the winter weather.

I had an original Quest Defier and the quality was garbage, along with the fact the front sloped backwards leaving little room in front of the bed. Fortunately the storm pole point on the front came off 2nd time out so i was able to return it for a refund.

Yes your right CARP ZONE are no more which is a shame as they made reasonable gear at great prices

Heads up for anyone looking for a 2 man, I had to buy one at that price and have to say even when it's at £199 it's still a ridiculous bargain, highly recommended

I've got the Trakker SLX V3 150 and it's definitely big enough for two bedchairs. Was great in a belting storm and wind last November.

Second that great bivvy which I use in the colder months I now have the wrap to go with it and it's even better now so much room
