Just seen this pop up on fb for £140. This has to be the biggest piss take yet when it comes to carp tax. Its a bog standard deck chair with no padding and the exact same chair but in black is available on amazon for £80 and you get two of them for £80. They really have lost the plot when it comes to pricing.

😂 I cant see a single person buying one and if they do they should be whipped with a rubber hose but a fool and there money are easily parted. You can get the solar sofa chair for a tenna more. Never seem the studio ones but the ones on amazon are the exact same chair down to every little detail other than the colour. You even get a clip on side tray for drinks with the amazon one. Nash even penny pinched with them as no where to be seen with theres.

Buy Nash deck chairs in bulk, stack em up at every commercial fishery and pay an old pensioner with a little leather money bag to hire them out.

Absolutely ridiculous these stupid rip off items they have run out of ideas treating carp fishermen as idiots what's more annoying there be people sticking up for them I have 2 exactly the same in my garden in grey with trays paid around £75 for the pair delivered 2 years ago

No wonder I could not find it googling it, its not a "Deck Chair"as we know, its called a "Nash Bank Life Hi-Back Lounger" which I could find, but in no way does it resemble the old traditional "Deck Chair" so it is not comparable. Its a totally different design.
In the 60's and 70's I spent many a night and weekend sleeping on a "Deck Chair" if I did not take my Woolworths sun lounger.

I've had a look at it now thanks to your link. This is the same as one I saw in a kev Ellis vid at rainbow. He said they were £50 off amazon. I think that was 2 years ago. He did say it was comfortable though. Just checked on Amazon you can get 2 for £80, you've got to admire the sheer cheek of Nash. They make some good gear but some is overpriced to say the least. Some is just ridiculous.

Yes your correct, but when you search for Nash Deck Chair, and you know in your mind what a deck chair looks like and you know what to expect in the search results but see something totally different that is not correctly identifiable as a "Deck Chair" as what you would find at the sea side etc, then your mind will say you have not found it.. This product of Nash is totally different to what you expect to find.
If some one changes a correct description of an item and for example describes something as the new Nash centre pin reel and when you search for it, all you can find is a fixed spool reel, would you accept the search results

It looks like a deck chair to me and yes im old enough to remember them but I have better things to do than argue whether its a deck chair or not a deck chair. I couldnt really care what it is but its definitely over priced chinese *****, a bit like all of nashys gear. Im amazed nash are still trading with the crap they churn out.

Totally agree with Stuart overpriced cheaply made tat I can clearly remember the pain trapping my fingers in one when closing it they where the garden chair and you would rent one on the beach in the 60s

If a failing tackle company were to launch this product in attempt to turn around the fortunes of the business, they could justly be accused of 're-arranging the cheap aluminium Chinese-made folding sun loungers on the Titanic'.

They made an absolute ballsup giving up on the Peg One gear, then a few years later they buy Taska and bring out candle powered bivvy heaters.
Meh, they can bring out what they want at the end of the day. People will certainly buy it because why not? It's paid for on the never never by people who fish for a few weekends in the summer when they aren't in the pub doing three for a ton.

We are having some building work carried out on our house. Unfortunately there is a bit of a lull in proceedings due to a localised scaffold shortage. Our builder can't get any for a couple of weeks.
So with the good weather upon us I decided to grab a couple if beach chairs from the shed and put them up on the unfinished second floor where a balcony will be to see what the view would be like.
It was at this point I realised I was super carpy because my el cheapo beach chairs were identical to the new Nash Recliners! These cost under £50 for the pair
The little red metal table is my old mums which she used for grandchildren to have snacks off. Maybe Mr Nash is missing a trick here and we need folding Nanna Bankside tables
