You have to be prepared for the future world when only a small fraction of the population actually "work" and therefore get paid for their time/expertise.
A country backed digital currency will be necessary to provide universal income for the rest.
It was always said Google was the beginning of the end of value for human intelligence, now with AI that's the end of intelligence/qualifications paid white collar jobs. The rest of our traditional jobs will follow shortly after.
If you've kids thinking of university, pick your subject very carefully

Digital money already exists, im not talking about Bitcoin etc.
You may not be fully intergrated or a 100% user but i can guarantee you are already on the road to being without even realising it or realising the possible danger it poses.

🤣. Raw materials will be a major factor hence self sufficiency in generation of power and storage is critical for universal income. The tinfoils are behind the curve on this one mate. They're still struggling with information paradox.

AI is probably another 30 years before making an impact on the way we live and work.
But to what degree who knows.
Singularity a few decades after that (if it ever does happen)
White collar jobs erm it's a little bit more advanced than that have a little read, AI will still need human input it's just the way we work will change.

One of the lads I work with showed me an app on his phone that uses AI to generate essay answers. I have to say it was pretty good.
It's now got me thinking... given the repetitive nature of spinbowlers posts... . Is he just a very basic AI program on tommy Robinson's iphone?

CBDC are very interesting but they are not “just like using Apple Pay or Visa today” as people seem to think when they say that they hardly use cash today.
In principle they enable money to not be fungible, but be tied to conditions laid down by a central authority.
For example, you could be credited with pounds but they need to be spent:
- before a certain date or they expire and cannot be used (to stimulate the economy)
- only for certain products or services eg only on rent or food, not alcohol
- only if another condition is met e.g. clean criminal record, good credit score, debts paid on time
Obviously, the conditions could be changed so you may find that the money that you thought you could use to go to Vegas can only be spent on something “approved”.
In the hands of a benign authority this could be great, tax is often handed out with specific intentions in mind and this will help ensure the intent is realised. But history suggests that all authority believes that it is benign and that what can be used for virtue can also be used for vice.
Arguably the most advanced country in CBDC is China. It seems unlikely that they are doing this to empower their citizens or those in Belt and Road countries.

Siri reversed is 'iris' which is another word for eye/lens (as in a device to watch us). Its also a brilliant song by Goo goo dolls containing the very telling line 'i dont want the world to see me' which means they must have something to hide. ANd it's also startlingly similar to isis... coincidence?
Alexa backwards is 'axela' which is of course very similar to the Harold faltermeyer classic 'axel f' which was from the movie 'Beverly Hills COP' - yes, the feds. Coincidence?
I've already ordered my German shepherd and looking through phone books to find a Sarah Connor to befriend before its too late
