Who is the fix alarm repair go to?
One of mine has gone stiff and wont turn with the line.
Currently got 2 lines going through one alarm. Not ideal at all

Feel free to offer a solution! It not frozen its just gone stiff, i i hold some line down and really push it down on it it works,
I was fishing very tight lines last week, rods neRly vertical and i the lines got flown into by a flock of geas landing on the lake, im wondering if its bent the roller or something
?

I just wondered if the extreme angle of the vertical rods might be a contributing factor,, but I just know your going say it isn't.
is it difficult to get pics on here?
there's some great pics in the gallery so its not impossible.

If it's only the wheel that has gone stiff and will not turn, I would be inclined to take it apart myself to see why but give it a blast out first with compressed air to see if that works.
End of the day, it might be just a bit of dirt glug etc that has got inside.

Why if its functioning just fine ? Explain that to me as i dont see the issue, the 9nly thing that i cant see is a drop back but as im using running rigs i wont get one

In another post you mention using drop off running leads you can get a drop back with them
You also said you are fishing at extreme range and couldn't fish closer as it was only 2-3 ft deep it was the only peg you could fish, the lake was full of floating weed and sunken weed you could only use a bait boat to put rigs out but not a normal boat to land fish so run the risk of tethering fish but now you are only fishing 50yds
Back to the alarm issue you want two lines going through one alarm; will the alarm move freely with a delicate take as one line will be acting as a brake so will stop alarm working as intended, then the line angles from second line going to alarm wont give the best indication and risk line lifting off sensor/roller and even if it doesn't you risk line or braid damaging alarm.

Are you compleatly mad?
1st im fishing at Willows this weekend due to only having 4 days and nights avalable to fish this week (didnt tink i had to tell everyone where i was, after here ill be going home, attending a wedding on friday then back to the other lake monday untill after Christmass, after Christmas ill be off to France and then over to Spain and finally Morocco)
2nd on the topic (where i only asked a simple question) where i mentioned the lake (i only mentioned it to combat the barrage of noncence replys just like the one im replying to now) i did say i COULD wade.
If you understood anything about propper carp angling you would actually realise i am not fishing commercial waters day in day out.
Rhe lake you are refferong to is next to a well known Carp lake with big big fish in it to 60lbs. The reason i can only fish from one bank? Its a fly fishing lake, they only let us fish from the bank they cant cast from. Why do we have to fish at long range? Because it 2-3 ft deep for 300 yds then it drops off, echo sounder footage is on my insta where you can clearly see the distance from home to the drop off and the weed on the lake bed. Had you ever fished this type of lake in circumstances like this you would understand the undertow. As weed does it floats, in a lake full of naturals things like zebra mussels and snails float in it, causing it to become abrasive. If fact the only other person who fishes this type of fishing actually said his line only last a very short time. The 2 other anglers face exactly the same problem as me. Like i said, nothing mythical about it, its all on my insta feel free to go stalk me there too. This weekend im fishing a different lake and never once have i said anything about where im fishing again you jump to the wrong conclusion, you just seam to stalk my posts....
As for reeling in because an alarm has broken? If ive come up with a solution that works what is the issue? Line can be taken, the alarm make a noise, whaere is the harm?
