Expected him to pull a kettle and pan set out aswell for that price and what on earth was that chopping board?

It can be used for a cheeseboard at the end of a session... Come on now when was the last time you seen someone knock a cheeseboard up on the bank ?

I made a smart Alec comment underneath.
Pay £5 and get a long lasting decent camping cutlery set from Millets.
My kids bought mine as a present around 15 years ago, still going.


I will however take issue with the mickey taking about a dog bowl. Sky will never eat from anything less than silver bowl and water has to be served in stainless steel, even if she is happy to drink lake water...

Oddly my son often does a cheese board when fishing a few nights, generally he cooks better when fishing than I do at home 😂

Surely if the weight saving is what your after it's the titanium spork off eBay for £5.99 your after

Don't usually comment on carpology reviews or the stuff they review-they are what they are-but this product is totally confused. Loads of money for a few knives and forks, but comes with cheap plastic mugs. Feckin hell, you can get a fox or nash cook bag with everything included for not much more.

Its laughable,, and the weight saving over a normal knife, fork and spoon from Wilko's or Boyes is probably about the difference of carrying a 4oz lead or less or the equivalent in bait, or a few cups of water less in your water container.

It a nice case it all comes in though, I could find a use for that if it was about £10.

It will be a lot less than a 4oz lead. A stainless knife and fork weighs next to nothing anyway. Not sure why you need two of everything as well and then put it all in a huge case, beggars belief. It has to be by far the most ridiculous over priced thing ive ever seen in 25 years of fishing. It almost makes me want to pack in fishing altogether where we are at now in carp fishing, one of the reasons i stopped a while ago and started barbel fishing instead.

I stumbled across a fella having a cheese and wine afternoon . Full cheese platter and a bottle of red wine . Couldn't help but laugh . Was also slightly jealous

The cheese board seems a bit of thing! I'm obviously oblivious to it

I'd only sea fish if I could have lobster or two.

Big Dave and I have been known to go to Salmon, New potatoes, veg and a decent cheese sauce with a glass or 2 of wine. Dessert was sticky toffee pudding with custard.

i remember feeling like a king having a cheese toasty in the ridgemonkey when they first came out, now youve got carpy cheese boards for the end of your session ah sir i see youve been shatting in a bucket for a week but can i pour you some chateauneuf du pape while you choose what chutney you'd like with your stilton?
