has anyone got one of these, what's the sizing like if anyone has one please

Funny I was looking at this fleece today I hope the sizing isn't all over the place like there jackets it's ok boasting about being made in uk
try getting the sizing right tried on 5 last week all different don't they work to a pattern I've had a few bits of fishing clothing over the last 40 years probably made in China never had problem with size

I've just ordered the Sherpa Gilet, exactly what I've been looking for.

As far as sizing goes I have always found Fortis consistent and true to size...I've got the marine jacket, a hoodie and the SJ9 all in size Large and they fit perfectly...

thanks for the replies, I'm going to pop into a shop tomorrow to try one on

Got the fortis 3, 6 and Sasquatch and they fit very well.

Had to try quite a few on in each cost before getting a nice fit.

True to size, but poor quality in comparison to other Fortis products. Much prefer my original Trakker Sherpa fleece.

looked at these today and wasn't impressed,the inside felt like the underside of a carpet,very rough to touch and could see it annoying the hell out of me.

Dunno if you have considered the
Fox Collection Sherpa Hoody Green/Silver
Very very warm and soft fleece, zip and bottom toggles arnt that great quality wise, but all the same I like it.

Probably better off having a trip to Cotswold outdoor to look at tops.

I have a cheap fleece from somewhere that is the same material, it's a slight bit scratchy on the inside but it doesn't bother me. My problem with the material is wind cuts right through it and when/if you catch the slime from the fish dries crusty on it and looks/feels horrible after.

I have a hoggs of fife Sherpa fleece body warmer which is fantastic and warm
It's the Cambridge tufted version if anyone wants to look

Second a Helikon fleece. Got the patriot sip up fleece and its seriously heavy weight and very warm - very pleased with it

There's one on Amazon looks pretty much identical to the Fortis jobbies& half the price

Yep the helikon patriot hooded fleece is excellent...got one for winter fishing and one for normal use...

Fox Sherpa fleece. Seriously warm.

My fortis has just arrived....it's OK but that's about it, not blown away by it but it is not big and bulky which is what i wanted.

I'm sat in my home office wearing it now rather than putting the heating on, (tight northerner) and it is keeping me warm with just a t-shirt underneath so as a thin mid-layer over a hoodie and under the Marine waterproof or the SJ9 it will be spot on.

i ordered one ( should have looked here first ) and it is way to lightweight for me - i can see daylight through it if i hold it up to the light . Sent it back :(
