I was tempted when i saw an advert for it but went on ebay and found one that does the same for about half the price!

Yes m8 I have one works brilliant. I also use Avon so soft dry oil as well. Remember when getting a run that's when you will get bitten. Also beware if you go in lake like me in crocs of water flea bites as on your legs and feet will look like mozie bites

Out of stock everywhere!? Anyone have links to an alternative?

Wolf probably don't design these they are likely rebadged.

I know this isn't what you were asking. But I suffer badly with mozzie bites. I started using incognito last year and I went from normally 20-30 bites a session down to none or perhaps one or two where I'd not applied correctly.

Maybe a combination of both of these would give 100% protection

these things rely on a light to ATTRACT them into the zapper

that very fact is its biggest downfall great if you use it inside a zipped shut bivvy but if you have the door open or open fronted shelter your attracting them !!!

You are but mozzies find they victims through body heat. So for those that fish with open fronted bivvies , the mozzies will come in anyway. Used mine last night bitten only once and had at least 30 in the zapper . It's a win win for me 👍

Angling direct have them in. Used mine last night brilliant but as said the light attracts bugs. So only use with a full mozie mesh.

Used mine for the first time Friday night inside my Titan Hide XL with mozzi infil and it was great, must have been about 50 of the little swines dead in it in the morning.

Had to switch it off when I got up for a wee about 2.30 am though as demented moths were dive bombing the mozzie mesh to get at it...

YES thats the answer zipped up inside IMO

they are not a new thing my old original I bought in 2001 and STILL working but its big and heavy takes 4 U2 batteries I also have a Aldi Solar powered one it works but wont last the night despite all day in the sun charging
they come into their own when you are asleep apparently mozzies are able to sit up inside the top of your bivvy and can detect when you are asleep by smelling the carbon dioxide we breathe out then start flying so one on these zappers zipped up inside really works

if you google battery mosquito killer lamp hundreds will come up ................Amazon alone has 281 results !!

I've got a £15 one off Amazon. It's amazing. Totally waterproof it kills mozzies for 30 hours plus off one USB charge. Does not blow them up like my industrial zapper at work... But it kills the little mofos good enough! Has a pukka bivvy light on it too. Amazing for £15 I love mine. Once I do mesh up this on for five minutes and anything mozzie like inside bivvy is dead.

There is two different types on that link. One is now £15.99 (that's one I have with hanging strap) and the other without strap is £16.99. I'd have got the strapless one if they had that when I purchased as I stand mine up anyway and the strap just gets in way.

Well bit of a nightmare this morning just had them on the phone the one which I bought I thought it was the last one BUT apparently the website hadn't caught up with itself and they don't actually have mine in stock let alone another one. So now got to wait for them to come back in stock hopefully won't be to long

Maidstone Angling have just advertised that they have them in stock! I went for an alternative off of ebay

Bought a rechargeable mozzie zapper a few years ago not the Wolf one but very similar as lets be honest they've only ripped it from a product that was already out in the market place, found it was alright for tiny midges and bugs not so good for larger mozzies, I just use my Life systems portable mozzie killer more often than not nowadays does the job for me mozzie front on the bivvy and this running 24/7 battery life is excellent and it works well in my opinion.

Pretty small unit comparable to a packet of playing cards easily stored and lightweight, a few friends have got the Thermacell and rate them.

Wolf ones charge using my standard Samsung cable and phone charger takes 3 hrs.

It's alright mate I actually had them ring me in the afternoon to let me no they will have 1 coming into them today because they had to swap a faulty one with wolf so they returned the faulty one for a good one, they are sending me out the last one they have once it arrives so I got one in the end 👍

Got to agree I was very happy with dealing with them, they couldn't help me enough and was very apologetic for messing it up but it's not there fault was just a mistake
