I've got a good set of Ruben heatin scales. I've had them a good few years now. And won't to keep them as thay are still in very good condition. But I think thay could do with being reclabation. Do anyone no where I could get them done.

Yes anything that looks a bit cosmetically worn like the see through bit gets changed

Before sending them off why not check them yourself? A litre of water weighs a kilo so not hard to check if they are OK before sending off

Obviously take some care when packing them but they'll replace any broken parts anyway, when they send them back they'll come in a proper retail box like when they were new.

Yep, cracking service from RH. I cracked the back black plastic on mine, sent them off, got a phone call, would you like us to replace the scratched front too (yes please), would you like us to replace the hook (no thanks).
I also queried if they'd be doing a 'blue' face again as I loved mine, but no :-(

I have the Millennium edition specimen Hunter (blue face )
and decided to get them serviced just a slight scratch on the front glass sent them off back came a sheet with the before service weights and then the after it was pretty much the same and they replaced the case !
they were just like brand new but more important I know them to be accurate money well spent IMO
normally they stay in the car only used for PB or special fish I use Wychwood Mk 2 T-bar scales that are really accurate to for every day use but dont bother weighing most fish recently

Sent Mine off, they were pretty much shagged
Came back I'd say literally brand new!!! All for just under £30, very impressed with whole service
