Just wondering if anyone has been using the thinking anglers adjustable rod sleeves and what you think of them? I am just trying to lighten down my kit and do away with the bulky rod holdall.

I have them mate, I was in the same situation you are and made the switch. Great bit of kit. I have 5 rods and a brolly in there TA quiver and it's smaller than the Trakker compact rod hold-all I had before

I got the TA sleeves and quiver over the xmas period and can genuinely say I love them. Well made and has made my kit much more compact. Somehow feels lighter even though it's got the same stuff in it.
I manage to fit on mine; 3 rods in sleeves, landing net, brolly, 2x short poles for the brolly, 4x storm poles, 4x long banksticks, 1 shorter bankstick and pegs for the brolly squeezed in too.
Sleeves offer decent protection for what they are, they aren't padded up like a hold-all obviously. 3+quiver for about £100 I'd say is a bargain really, especially if you're looking to cut the weight of your kit down.

I sent TA the design for these in 2012, was chatting to Steve about it..
soon after they were taken over these sleeves appeared, funny that.

Please take some credit in it being the best rod carrying system ive used. And ive been through a lot.
And thanks for nit sending it to cotswold so we dont have to pay through the nose for it.
But surely you have some legal comeback if its been sent electronically?

The noisy Velcro didn't make the cut but it sure looks similar..
I just wanted some for myself and thought they'd be the best people to ask.
End of the day it's a sleeve with a butt protector on, but there was nothing like it at the time. Hence me asking Steve

I bought a lightly used one (quiver with sleeves) a couple of months ago and it's by far the best quiver system I've seen. I think I have 4 others.
Its also probably the lightest - which suits me as I carry my (minimalist) gear for short river sessions. I probably won't use the sleeves often - again just to save a bit of weight.

No it's quite tight, but I can fit my fast and light into the second pocket opposite where the rods are strapped
