After a new frying pan as ive got an old primus pan that ive had for 15 years or more. I use a gas stove for my cooking on the bank. What pans you guys use ? Just a cheap one from the like of asdas ? or do you use something a bit desent ? what you guys reconmend ?

I just use a ridgemonkey as I can use it as a frying pan

i paid less than a tenner for a tefal pan from asda few weeks ago replacing 1 i had because i had mice in me shed didnt fancy using it after that

ive got a ridgemonkey witch is good but i find it a little bit small especially if got to cook for to people. But could be a good idea to use it just for myself to do bacon or burgers in it. as ive only ever used it for toasty and chips and pizza.

Not exactly compact but I purchased a Haufson 28cm classic frying pan ‘available in 24cm' too. I use it on induction but can be used on any heat source. I use an msr ceramic skillet. Handle is foldable, and same with all msr kit, lightweight, durable and well made.

Get another primus one Or even the saucepan/pot set, lasts for years compact and light.

If your looking for compact..what about a Trangia 25 or 27 size pan in non stick or duosol,the handles detach,they also do versions with folding handle attached ..

MSR,is another good make and so is zebra..

I use one from dunelm, was in there with the mrs and thought it looked ok , only few quid , weighs nowt and is non stick. .... bonus no carp tax 👍

If it's compact you're after then I use a Ridgemonkey toaster but have removed all the utensils and have a Sea To Summit x-set 11 that fits perfectly inside along with a plastic spork... That's two cups, a kettle, and the grill, with almost zero space wasted... It's a nifty little trick for space saving...
