Although it's 500 quid more, with the autopilot and the 3kg capacity, the ND boat is the one.
If it had an autopilot feature, maybe, but 1kg? No cigar Ridgemonkey.

From what I understand they are no slower then most boats in that price range. You can buy a speed kit from Fish Eye Camera

It's not UK Bespoke Bait Boats that have built it. Simply been involved in the development design process. The ND2 has more features that blows this out of the water. They've brought it out at the same time the ND2 stock is coming into the UK. I know which one Id go for. In fact, this is more comparable to an Actor imo.

You heard wrong the ND boat is not slow, certainly quicker than AT boats even when fully loaded with 3kg of bait

I would doubt that any of the mainstream companies get their boats made in China - they simply don't make enough to make any cost savings.
There maybe some generic parts, the batteries etc though they are probably all purchased via a local distributors / agents.
Many CEMs in the UK for example whom will manufacture the PCBs and do the board stuffing. They probably outsource the electronics design - again lots of consultants who can do this we're not talking about complex stuff.
The same with the plastics etc.
It just needs a good innovative team in the company to come up with the ideas.

I think they may sell a ****load of these at that price. Looksa decent boat for the money, but as always, need to see things like battery life, reliability etc.
anything like their "tested" cooker fiasco it could well end up being a ridgemonkey submarine
