Love my Nev's why am I being dragged towards swapping over to RX+ fox alarms 🤣 anyone else using these ? Am I mad or am making the right choice ? Or do I just have 2 sets 😁

Another RX+ user - apart from a early fault with one alarm (replaced within 3 days) I find them brilliant.
Can't compared to Nevs but those look awesome!

Moved over from Nevs to Fox last year, definitely the right move. Fox are much much better alarms. Had a few issues with the MK3 Nevs, lost all my confidence in them. The RX+ are in a different league. Ok you can't make them as tarty, but for reliability, they win hands down.

I gave news a go a few years back. Didn't really get them. I don't even think they look that nice. Yes they are simple, but so is a stone on the spool. I like the ability to be able to turn the volume down, or adjust the sensitivity to suit the weather. Neither are possible on the nevs.
Is there a reason your not looking at the new delkims?ive owned the rx+ and the txids. Both are great alarms. Both do the job very well. Just comes down to personal preference. I preferred the delkims of the 2.

Cheers mate. In fairness, I bought those alarms and had them pimped to match that pod. I haven't used them yet but I have always wanted a set. If I don't get along with them then I might sell them on for a set of Txi D's.

I love the Nevs and had a MK 2 set for over 6 years. However in that time I have replaced the backs twice and the whole case replaced once. I have just sold these and gone back to Delkim. Can understand why the opening post is weighing up a change.

Out of the two RX+ hands down. Love the size and looks of the Nevs but the RX+ is a far superior alarm.
The BIG question is..... RX's or Delkim?

Delks should be better as made in UK , tighter quality control etc but they've let themselves down by being stubborn and arcaic with their progression. with their tech and thinking people want alarms that have 60 tones, a million settings for this and that. Not even changeable led. They have dropped the ball massively on this one. I would much rather buy a delk as made in UK and its a small family business , great customer service and I much prefer the warble to a fox but the rx+ ticks the boxes and so easy to use and change functions. Its a complete no brainer at moment. Delkim got caught up in their own hype and have now sadly been left behind. Even with the superior customer service delkim offer and unrivaled sensitivity its still not enough to compete i feel with the rx+ performance overall.
