Need a new pult. Something with a good range if needed. Had the esp one I've got for quite some yrs but looking to upgrade. Any user suggestions

Was it the Drennan boilie pult you had before, usually comes out as one of the best.

Definitely the drennan boiliepult

Brought the drennan based on previous reviews on here, simple and works a treat, much better than the fox i had before that the plastic swivel joints disingrated on within 6 months and i dont use it much

Drennan Boiliepult for me.

What's so good about the Drennan over others that it gets so much more recommendations?

I've got a Korda one I've had years, does the job but haven't tested it against others

Used the drennan years ago, have used the ESP pult for a while now, have no complaints with either.

It's range is good, the elastics last well, you don't whack your knuckles. If you like the korda one you will like this more I'd say having had both

Ive used a drennan boilie pult for as long as i can remember and ive tried a few others over the years but always go back to the drennan.

Nothing wrong with the ESP Boilie Pult, got three of them and the only issue I've had is the elastic eventually wearing away where it joins the catapult frame, simple fix, just cut off damaged elastic (about 1/2 inch) and push back onto connector. I'll eventually end up with a catapult with 2 inch elastics!!

I use the Korda one seems to do the job for me I've had mine for years now no problems

Drennan boilie pult,small,powerful and accurate.I have had mine years,its only had 5 new elastics and 3 new frames in that time

I know that the drennan is a good pult so many people have said but I couldn't get on with it maybe it's me but I couldn't stop the elastic twisting every time I fired it would have to untwist it got new elastic same thing happened

Can't say I have had that issue,when you replaced the elastic did you twist it to get it on the pegs on the frame.You might of added the twist putting it on

Or check the the latex isn't pushed to tight, preventing the pegs from rotating...

Korda best i've used...does not twist. Never got on with drennan/ESP ones.

I too followed this thread and decided to buy the Drennan boilie pult, I've used most pults over the years but never a Drennan.

Another for the Drennan. Proper replacement elastics are a sod to find atm tho... Tried generic ones off the bay before but wasn't too impressed tbh...
