So buy it cash then invest twice as much developing it, just don't fill it with carp.

I wonder how much the dam wall inspection certificate will cost on that + insurance if 5 bedroom houses in the area are going for 900'000 what with the new licensing after that reservoir flooded the village up north last year.

It is a lovely water stacked with fish and some good carp. I hope the sale doesn't affect the fella running the fishing on it.

Dont Tonbridge & district angling have the fishing rights on there? If anyone is interested on the fishing or even thinking of buying. Have a look at Carl & Alex Resevoir diaries on YouTube. Well worth a watch.

Never known so many clubs have so much access to one water

Thats a huge list of clubs! I've walked around some of it and it is a lovely place, would love the opportunity to own it but upkeep would be huge

Those clubs can do days only and can't fish all pegs. Plus 1/3 of the clubs on that list don't have rights to fish it anymore. Bit out dated

Is there a separate night syndicate on there then?

Who actually owns the Resi?? I'd assume it's a local water Authority? So why would they be selling? Is it no longer used as a water supply then? I'm confused.

Believe its owned by Southern Water so probably just the lease for the fishing rights and water sports and existing buildings that are for sale. As the site is a SSSI it's doubtfully that much development would get planning permission.
