Looking at getting a set of harrison torrix te built i got my free spirt xs ive built off vic gibson looking at getting some torrix bult and looking at what people think are good rod builders

Im also interested in some custom built rods and it seems Kev at Clayton is well promoted here, however i dont have facebook and cant seem to find a number for him, whst the best way to get in contact, would rather speak to someone than do it all over email or something, thanks

I had a set of 10ft Harrison Aviators built off Dean at Eden custom rods and his an artist his work is perfection and easily one of the best rod builders in the UK, definitely worth calling as struggle to get a better builder

Thanks, missed that number somehow.
Seems there's a fair few recommendations, i never realised there was so many custom builders out there.
I also spoke to cotswold who seem pretty up together with things. tricky decision now!

I e-mailed Mr Clayton about a build 3 weeks ago, he said he was very busy, and it would be June at least before he could do my rods. As I'm not in a hurry I asked to be put on the list and he will contact me when he can start the build. Didn't know he had covid. I've had it too. Hope he and his family are recovering well.
