Anyone got me of these who would be willing to provide an honest review?
I'd like to buy from a uk company but also want something of high quality
I've had a few boats in the past so not looking for alternative suggestions simply how do you rate this boat and company

Uk baitboats,
I purchased one on the recommendation from a mate and glad I did. Bloody brilliant.
The service is great and the guys advise and also keep you updated whilst your boat is made.
I went for the basic version but added the fish finder also.
When it arrived, I thought fxxking he'll that's huge (but have got over it now)
The handset is a bit complex due to being usually used for model planes but once explained it was so simple to use.
The only down side was no instructions, but this can be rectified by either arranging to pick it up or asking them to explain.
Thoroughly impressed and would recommend to anyone.

The hull and the steel hoopers look exactly the same as the original anatec they were much better than the plastic ones you get now ..... boat seems to run on jets with lithium batteries. ....all in all it looks like a nice update to the original anatec boat that was brilliant. . They are a big boat but very stable ....

sounds promising Heathrow.
I like the concept of being able to open up the hull if there is an issue, without having to re-seal the hull

Yes thats one of the advantages the anatec has as well .........you can also get almost everything needed to fix it in the local model shop

Good Boats a few of the lads I know have one. My only question would be that have they been tested enough before leaving the factory. Although the aftersales is really good and im sure the boats come with warranties.

They age a 2 year warranty, they are all hand made and top quality . I don't have one as they are too big for my need but I know a few people that have them and they rate them

Its HUGE however the components used are second to none.
It'll be a while before I use it but I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I guess its only when I actually use it I'll know for sure.
I'll write a review after my trip to France in August

Camo....why would you sell your gladiator???
They look the dogs danglies....seen a few in use over at Abbey with the Dutch guys and Ton is a very knowledgable chap.
Probably the only other boat other than CL that I would have considered tbh

It's the best boat I've used but if they go wrong it's a bag of hassle sending it back to holland

Sorry for the very late response
I used the boat extensively in France for the whole week taking out mine and my son's 3 rods several times per day
Batteries lasted most of the week so impressed there
The boat is very easy to control and very smooth
It's very fast so never opened it up fully as it's a big boat it does create a huge wake
I think I need to calibrate the auto pilot as it did zigzag a lot when using it
No issues with reliability all week; highly recommended

If they could sort out the range 150ish mts to make it longer I would definitely go with the raymarine

There's not a lot of these about so was set on an rt4 but like to keep it British and local if possible for maintainable etc etc
Plus I prefer the bigger boats for stability on the bigger lakes most of my fishing is 160yrds plus so a boat a real bonus.

Hi Scar,
In all honesty I haven't used much due to the way I'm fishing but it's so simple to use. One stick to steer, a lever on the sides to drop the hoppers.
It's bang on, the only down side in my eyes is the size. Yet if it's being used abroad then I think that will be a good thing

I have the RT4 myself and they are very good boats I want to get the raymarine myself but as before until it can achieve longer reading distances I'll wait.
I think it can be achieved (500yds) but you have to have the autopilot installed which I don't want so until carplounge or any other people come up with a little expensive mod I won't be buying it

Yes read loads on here about the autopilot but my main water is tight to pads at distance in small gaps through the pads just in.
Sort of can't get my head round the autopilot unless open water.
Also the jet system on the UK should help with pads, that's the plan anyway

I am leaning towards the MK3 Spyder due to the fact that the UKBB Enticer is massive and runs on jets.
I fish weedy waters on the continent and the Spyder has props and weed guards and I have seen it go through horrendous Canadian pond weed and not seem to be bothered by it at all, it is also a more manageable size.

Currently got the Mk2 Spyder, great bit of kit but the weed guards stick down a touch below the hull and pick up the pads, always got it back but sometimes trailing pads and stems, Anatec did the same, never a problem but felt it could be at some time.
Battery life is unbelievable too.
Heading towards jet power for this reason, time will tell.
Could just do with a mega thumbs up on the UK bespoke then im in, most probably with the tolson 640 for the range.

hitman i think joe can fit the raymarine he said he could fit one for me but i ended up selling my boat as they fetch good money and bought a new boat .The raymarine is streets ahead of the toslon i had the 640 and whilst it was ok at the time in comparisson its dog dirt.Its on another level for finding clear spots it has made my underwater camera redundant most of the time.

Yes been looking at the bit and pieces for these for years now, just when you think you've got the latest bit of kit something new comes out.
The tech for these looks to moving real fast at the moment, whats good this month may be superseeded next month.
Probably never had it so good to be fair, just need to make sure some if this new kit still works over 160m......

What model Raymarine are we talking?
I've got myself an old bait boat I'm gonna modify over the winter , does anyone know anything about modding a raymarine Wi-Fish or Dragon fly for use with a 5.8 or 2.4ghz TX or FPV maybe ? I'm looking at the raymarine but would consider easier options cheers guys
