Donโt normally watch
But I watched a bit of the England game the other day when they went 1-0 down turned it off
Checked again they won.
Didnโt watch last night they won
Gonna keep doing it
Not watched any football since World Cup in Africa.
In that time England have played in at least 1 final so I will keep not watching lol

Bellingham MoM for me.
Just a joy to watch at times. ๐
T-Rex Pickford love him or hate him, two world class saves.
The s-hit-housery from the Mexicans was top draw LOL
Their No. 6, (Lira?) what an arse but I'd have him in my team.
Backs to the wall stuff last 20 mins or so and a great performance.
Where they found 11 minutes of extra time I don't know.
Kane's interview after loosing his voice after the game was comedy gold ๐
Off to Miami to sink the Viking ship.

In reply to Post #1632 Very good result that and a deserved win.
Gordon played well, i can see why he is off to Barca, more than a handful when he is on form, he has had a good season for the Toon
Sending off and Kanes challenge for the penalty kept them in it.
Two great finishes from Bellingham!

Never thought I'd say it but Gordon was brilliant. Great performance few dodgy moments the usual s**t housery from the Mexicans. On to Miami, should be like a premier game against Norway.
I'm off fishing to calm down. ๐ฒ

Itโs our defence or the fact we donโt have any, there is no leadership or intelligence.
I think against Mexico time to start with the low block get organized / used to the pace and maybe then change shape.

In reply to Post #1629 100%. Maudeke was very poor, Rashford, nothing there
Kane and Bellingham lead the line closely followed by Rice, other than these i think we look pretty average.
Those African side are tricky, Belgium were very lucky last night too!

In reply to Post #1628 Much better after we took Rashford and Maudeke off (I thought he was poor/lazy).
Mexico is going to be tough.

Some winner that from Kane

You would think that a team that might have one or two brain cells between them would be more direct and not try to dribble it through 10 big lads. They parked the bus we were boring and showed no imagination. What ever happened to testing the keeper with shots from outside the area? The goals in the first game papered over the defensive cracks and if it wasn't for the first 15 minutes of the second half of the first game you would think that Southgate was still in charge.
Fingers crossed they buck their ideas up. ๐ค

In reply to Post #1624 See how other teams do against them, they are difficult to play against. Tactically superb performance from Carlos!

In reply to Post #1623 It was a good decision...for us
Games like that one goal is the killer, we were unlucky, bar and then you would expect Kane to burry that!

In reply to Post #1623 I missed some of the second half, I nodded off.
If you are going to do well in this competition you need to be beating teams like Ghana
