I have the same problem with mine! Cant work out why, the poles did stick, I think its the tension and not enough play in the bivvy skin. I get them out eventually but as you say bloody knackered afterwards

I never use a bivvy with a front, you miss so much otherwise. I fish Linear a lot and the rats there are scared of nothing. If you sensible and keep everything out the way and your rubbish hanging from a tree you shouldn't get bothered to bad but the things are everywhere. The worst thing is them running past all three hangers as if they know what they are doing at 3 o'clock in the morning (*******s)

Where can I get one of these cards? I bang on about WD to my mates who all find it highly amusing, people need to be more aware of this danger. I have happily washed my pots and pans in the margins before and then reused them but are alot more vigilant now.
