Thanks but I've just bought a new 12ft rod holdall and they're out of my budget sadly .
There's a set of hi's near me for a bit less and 3.5lb but they're a bit progressive for me , want a faster taper , thanks though

Hi all , I'm moving water in may and am going to somewhere that can be upto 130 ish yards , I've had a lesson from Terry Edmond's and my greys x flites are close to their limit at that range .
So what to buy?
Free spirit helical 3.5 su (new)
Free spirit e class 3.5 (used)
Tackle box cfx 3.5 continentals (new)
Also open to other suggestions ! £600 for 3 is pretty much my limit and would rather go over gunned and not use the rods full potential for the 130yard chuck .
And before they're suggested I don't get on with TX2 or 4's due to the hopeless 16mm reel seat !

Hi all , just managed to bag a cheap exponent (442) listed as having a fuel leak from the on off valve , after a bit of reading I've seen a few mention graphite rope as the cure , but no actual details on what exactly I need or what to do with it !
Any input from those in the know would be greatly appreciated

Have a gander at jack pyke hybrid technical trousers .
They're what I use and are great , stretchy where needed and heavy duty ripstop on the knees and bum .
Bomb proof and well priced

I've got fjallraven kebs for most of my outdoor pursuits but bought some jack pyke technical hybrid trousers for fishing , they're bloody good for the money , will buy another pair for outdoors stuff when my EXPENSIVE fjallravens are dead .

Way back since the titan AS brolly was a current model almost every Nash shelter you see for sale second hand has ripped or torn mesh that the poles go trough !

Hi all , my syndicate has taken the decision to allow bait boats for the first time this coming season :(
I've never had one and did vow not to however i can see the next few seasons being hard without one of everyone else is going to be using them .
I've scanned flea bay and faceache sales for cheap second hand ones and it seems a minefield regarding cost ! I want it as cheap as possible without it being a “toy” one .
Looked at angling technics variants , vipers etc etc etc .
What's the best bang for the least bucks ??
Not after sonar and every other add on going just reliable bait delivery at LOW cost .
being able to strip it down for home repair would be an advantage too , was deep into RC many years ago so do understand what's going on inside

Mk2 at a guess ? It's in one bag not 2 and has the current type compression bag
Are you sure?
