The coal mine is primarily to create fuel for steel making. Ignoring the fact that the two biggest steel manufacturers in the UK have said that by 2030 they'll be using less than 10% of that particular fuel in their processes.

So...

Given that it's a lame duck...

How long before the revelation that some tory peer / donor / wife's shell company is in line to make a few hundred million from it?
