I'll post quite a few of these as below. Keep in mind that my daughters home has been overseen by a contract administrator whose role is to oversee the required works in relation to standards and issuing payment certificates at different stages of completed works whilst having to meet reasonable expected standards of work and within what is known in the building trade as tolerances. These payment certificates are issued to the builder upon completion of meeting the above that are then passed onto my daughters solicitor for payment to be made. The role of a building contractor is to be impartial to both the building contractor and the customer which in this case is my daughter.

5' x 8” MDF window board supplied and fitted at a cost of £120.00 + vat = £144.00.

6.5' x 8” MDF window board supplied and fitted........how much.?

As it's a foot longer and where I have looked comes in a 10 foot long piece I would hope it would cost the same lol

Dare not be too disingenuous to the CA and builder as its 17 inches longer.

However, the price is higher.

Fuxking leak in bathroom lol he's coming out tomorrow to have a look. Mens tiles up cladding off the walls shower tray up ffs lol

But no kitchen is all functional same as bathroom. Enjoying the break of no builders in to be honest getting in at 5am and up at 8.30 to let people In catches up with ya.

Were see what the crack is tomorrow with leak just hope I dint have to lay out £££ for more materials. Like cladding and stuff as it's been stuck on now with gripfill I think or somthing else

I deleted the post as believe me there is so much I have to say but don't want to jeopardise anything. When able to you'll be absolutely stunned and to say that I've had my eyes opened as to how the actual law works in such situations is incredible.

Get the leak fixed?

Is the paint still on the walls?

Get Tazi to snag it all when finished.
