Inch's cider... We drank so much of it in our yoof they they even offered us a sponsorship deal!

Inch's pre-1988 was exquisite. Post-1988 it made apple-flavoured chav juice.
Cider isn't cider unless there are bits floating in it! You should never be able to see through it...NEVER! Isn't that right, Adam?
The French do some excellent ciders, especially those from Brittany and Normandy.

I've had a few of those cloudy ciders with the bits in when I have been on holiday down your neck of the woods, Cornwall. Like the odd pint of scrumpy Ken, rocket fuel, drunk as a barrow wheel. On a hot summers day though, it don't half quench the thirst
Once brought a couple of demijohns home, cripple cock it was called, pissed up chicken on the bottle, I know why they called it crippled cock later though

Years ago when holidaying in Cornwall I bought a pint of cripple cock the name more than anything made me laugh it was alright from memory.
Aspalls Imperial Vintage should be banned it's a creeper, I had about 6 or 7 at a BBQ a few years back completely lost my memory of the night it got very messy.
Herefordshires best Cider in my opinion Stowford Press and is just about my limits these days with the occasional Westons Vintage absolute nectar only drunk in moderation 2 bottles and then onto the weaker stuff, you can keep Old Rosie too much of that will turn you blind.
When I started regularly drinking in Hereford back in the late 80's we had one pub called the Sun, it basically sold all rough scrump straight out of the barrel on the bar top, it was a proper spit and sawdust pub I don't think they could proof the cider it was that strong like cloudy dishwater with allsorts floating in it, they had one guest ale once called Black Stag even the hardened blind cider wino's were only allowed a pint.

The Aspall premier cru (blue label) is the on to try, best pint of cider I have ever had, immense. Couple of pubs near me sell it, the red label, another cracking pint, saying that i get it delivered direct now
That proper cloudy bitty stuff is like rocket fuel, proper hardcore. I'm guessing that's what makes those country bumpkins down that end of the country, I can see them all now dancing to the Worzels
I have their album by the way, proper good

No apples don't sound right to me. I finished a bottle of JD Fire eater earlier this week and that was ok but my favourite is the honey

can't be spoiling JD with apples...
I used to drink it a lot back in the late 80's / early 90's. Initially because Slash off Guns n Roses did but I definitely got a taste for it...
bit of ice - sorted
bit of ice and coke for the girlfriend
happy times!
