Anybody that would like there gas central heating boiler/gas fire/cooker serviced or repaired at good rates feel free to contact me.(Unfortunatly I can not do landlord safety checks due to my employee) I am from Herfordshire but am willing to go Essex/north London. Pm for any quierys regarding advice or prices warmly welcome. One thing I will say is this is purely for extra cash so if there's any self employed plumbers/gas fitters looking for work on here I'd recommend them first.

Really good idea this.
