I’m looking at purchasing a Haswing Protruar 1HP outboard and would appreciate some advice on the following:
1. Which battery and size?
2. Which battery box?
3. Can I run a fish finder off the battery or should I get a separate one?
Not bothered about the price, just after the best quality.

Ecoworthy 100A Lithium - there are always deals on, shop around and you can normally buy for around £130ish
Bison Battery box or similar about £40
I run my Lowrance echo off of the cigarette lighter socket on the battery box - no interference.
I also put an Anderson connector on my engine and the battery box. Nice neat connection, no clamps.

Using the same battery for motor and sonar can input interference to your sonar. You will defo see static dirt on your screen to some effect (even though could be minor). If you can afford to split I would.
I have an Ecoworthy LifePO4 150ah for motor which easily lasts a week without charging on big open waters in France and a Ecoworthy 30ah LifePO4 for sonar which then also aids as a back up if needed. 100ah would be sufficient in all honesty especially if you have access to an Solar Panel on top.
As for boxes because of the size of the 150ah I couldnt find one to fit and they were silly money for a cheap box with electrics so made my own as below pictures (Bought the biggest ready made box I could find similar to the bison one which half fitted my 150 but lid couldnt close properly and the handle broke on day one due to the weight. Cost £70 which was a joke for what you get). My home made box works just as well, houses both batteries and easy to transport. Didnt really need the dividers inside as the batteries are heavy but once an idea pops into my head theres not stopping it.
Trakker box L (anyone will do the Ridgemonkey ones are good too and cheaper) fitted with an IP rated USB and 12V hub bought from Amazon for £15 for electric pump and emergency USB support charging. Also installed a Anderson dual plug on the side which was £6 from Amazon and fitted it to my sonar (my motor already had one). Easy to connect/disconnect and with latch water tight. The USB hub fitted to my 30ah which also aids in the voltage meter to see battery charge. My main 150ah is bluetooth so can follow it from my phone.

Dc house are supposedly the same batteries as eco worthy, £146 currently but withe the right ebay code they do get down to around 130

soz - didn't look at the details!!
Even at £170 they are good value - there's a tear down on Youtube and it was the same internals as Fogstar. I bought three and they have been faultless.
Keep an eye on the Eco-Worthy site as they often have offers on..........I think I bought mine via Amazon.

I have a one in the basket on the eco worthy site along with a charger.
Don’t want to hit the buy button unless I can find a genuine product cheaper elsewhere.
Problem with some of the cheaper ones is making sure they are genuine. 2nd hand how shagged are they etc…
Happy to pay full market if I need to.
Will also look at the other one mentioned 👍

If you can wait a little then youll prob get the battery around 130 ish on the next ebay code event and that would be manufacturer selling
