Hi guys , sorry for the boring thread but it’s the best place to ask for real reviews . I’m currently in the market for a bedchair . My only specification really is I prefer a smaller bedchair to fit under brollys. Currently use a leveltech bedchair which has been good but I’m not getting a good sleep when fishing currently. The new avid chair is the same size so I like that and also has full lumbar support so sounds ideal. I just wanted to explore others before I took the plunge. The Nash mf60 is supposed to be a comfy bed , are there any users ?
If size was not an issue I would go with the solar bedchair but I value the extra space with a more compact chair .
Looking at sleep systems and wouldn’t want to go back to bed and separate bag

Why not bed and separate bag? Wychwood Tactical X Compact & Fortis Tech Lite a good choice for brollies . . .
Did Nash do a Scope Air-Lite sleep system . . .? May be still some about . . .

It might be worth sending ESP an email because Dave Ellyatt has hinted that they’re working on a bedchair. I’m guessing it’s going to be lightweight and compact, to complement the QuickDraw brollies. If you look on his social media pages you’ll see he has a prototype and he removed the bungee cord and replaced it with cable ties to lower the weight.

I’ll keep my eyes peeled . To be honest I can’t imagine esp creating something mega comfy , probably more focused on being light weight.
Maybe I should clear it up , although I want a compact bed I still want it to be comfortable. Memory foam is must for me . It’s just the actual size . 80x200 is the perfect size

The avid benchmark ultra sounds like it ticks all the boxes for you, a mate has the bed only and really rates it amd says its very comfy, the legs have had an upgrade as he has the previous model and says the legs are alot better and well thought out.
To keep weight down he went for the bed only with a fortis techlite. the bed folds down really well with that combination.
The sleep system weighs 16.8kg, it does get good feedback.

Comfort is subjective so worth getting down the tackle shop to try a few. Belch's suggestion of the Tactical Compact + Techlite is exactly what I use (although weight is my priority rather than size). The Tactical is quite a firm bed which is what I find to be most comfortable.

Tactical Compact + Techlite is also my setup (with a SIM). I store my bivvy table and pillow in there folded up and it's still lighter than my Solar bed with nothing on it!
