Can these be chucked in the washing machine? Mine are pretty minging and need to freshen them up before French trip next weekend.

I've machine washed mine before... No issue. Maybe some laundry anti bac liquid might help further?
I hear you though, they absolutely stink after a while.

Put them in the machine in a pillow case that's what I do with my trainers
