Looking for suggestions for a new holdall / carryall / barrow bag that has plenty external pockets and either comes with internal pouches or that are sold separately.

I don't have the need for a large internal area like most.

I spotted the Shimano Tribal Compact Carryall System but doesn't seem anyone sells them anymore?

I like the look of the Speero Modular System but maybe there's a cheaper copy?

The speero ones are excellent. They don't have any removable internal pockets, Although their rucksack does.

They are very well made items for the money.

I've got a large Solar Undercover bag which I use for my ND2 boat, I was that impressed with the bag that I ordered another for my tackle.

I always fish off my barrow so weight was never a problem, there's plenty of room and pockets to accommodate everything.

Maybe the Gardner Barrow bag & buy some of their tackle pouches for the main comp.

I liked the Shimano system too, the version I have is called the OCD, it looks the same. I didn't want the vertical height of the Shimano holdall though, as it wouldn't fit under my bed, so I've got the Chub Vantage barrow bags which are perfect for the smaller OCD bags vertically, and others. They're also just right for the larger OCD pouch laid flat with a tackle box on top.
So handy having narrower bags than a fat holdall, much easier to stick here and there when packing a full car, unfortunately Chub are no more.

Don't think I'd go back to full size holdalls again, never say never though!
