Saw the Dickhead Duo on TV the other night. They were fishing the Avenue owned by Rob Hales.

Not the type of place I'd fish but I did wonder what the syndicate (commercial restricted payment scheme) cost?

I had a look on the website and a holiday cabin for the week was 3K+ so my curiosity was peaked. There's no mention of any other prices on the website. I imagine you have to remortgage to catch a 50+?

I did a charity event over there and was told the syndicates cost £1200 except for one that was £750

7 or 8 years ago they were asking for £700+ for the Sitch so I would assume that is now well over a grand and wouldn't surprise me if the Avenue was double that. I no longer have any contacts in the area so giving a guesstimate on what I knew was the case a number of years back, before the post covid carp boom so I may be underestimating it

£1,500 per season but shut from mid May until end of July.

48 hours per week.

Yes only his bait either boilies / pellets or particles purchased from RH baits can be used.

Both he and his son Harry are really nice people and always available to chat.

Same opinion from me as I have in most things....if the place is full or sold enough tickets he must be doing something right whatever the cost,if it is that is as I have no idea.

As per initial post I saw it on a TV progtamme. It's not my type of venue but not knocking it, its members, or owner by saying that, other than it's not a syndicate in the true sense of the word.

It just peaked my interest as to what such a venue would cost. Just being nosey I suppose. Thanks for the replies 👍
