Hi lads, am looking at getting a new 42 inch landing net, my budgets around the £100 to £120 mark, I was looking at the fox horizon x4S, as I'm a ‘fox boy ‘ (i know I know lol).

But this isn't a game changer, any decent make would work for me. So any suggestions be greatly appreciated.

Just my advice I would avoid them fox nets with them stupid little spreader block my club lake bought the loads of the fox horizon x3 landing nets and we have had so many of the little metal studs snap on the net arm that go into the spreader block . Spend an extra £25 and get the Johnson Ross tackle matrix 3k camo landing net has a decent spreader block net arms nice and easy to get out the spreader block nice and light weight and very ridged landing nets Be the best £150 your spend on landing net

I've been really happy with my matrix net, really light and stiff handle. Think I paid £125 with a discount code online.

Worth having a look at if you don't like a floppy handle

I bought the Matrix arms, block & net from Johnson Ross, personally I like the Drennan Super Specialist extending handle. Some would say the net is a bit shallow but I like the flexibility to use whatever net mesh or handle I want.

Solar bowlite is £90 at TFT. I have one and its a decent net, especially at that price
