Going into the next few months, fishing in France, do you add any additional attractors to your particle? Interested to know if other anglers modify their bait with liquids or other elements.

Me personally. Use as they are. There's enough attraction there as it is. You'll only be wasting money Adding this and a bit of that. Without really bringing anything extra to the party,

add some mollasses straight after boiling to give the bugs something to eat & get the ferment going.

if you want to really want to pimp them, get yourself some EM1 too

Sadly, I won't be able to take my own. Have to purchase lake particle on this specific upcoming trip which is why I thought to ask the question. I should have stated that at the beginning. My bad.

What particle are you using? You could do the old Terry Hearn reheating maize and adding golden syrup to make them stand out from the swims next door?

Yeah but what particle is it? Is there a choice? Straight maize? Hemp? Mixed particle? What?

"Maize only at £20 per 10kg and I suspect I will use best part of 30-50kg depending on how well its fishing. They say we have to use their own pellet too at £60 a sack"

How much is that cost in relation to the trip's expense ?
It's supposed to be a fun trip with the chance of a biggie or three, pay up, add the goods and enjoy yourself.
