I just booked with DFDS for April and prices have gone up they have added an 8 euro each way environmental charge also to crossings from Newhaven Dieppe. i did get 20% off for being over 60. i did look at the tunnel and also P&O and Irish ferries both out of dover but roughly all the same price.
cost for a car 2 people and 2 dogs with the 20% off £336 return. it used to be much cheaper.

I have just booked the Tunnel with Angling Paradise / Crossings at a good price and notice they do ferry Crossings as well so, may be worth a shot or Aferry or Ferrysavers.

Got a booking through Ferrysavers for last saturday in May, Irish Ferries £212. That departs 05:20 and the return is 13:35. Just for me and my Kuga.
