I Fished this a couple of weeks ago. had a ticket for 3 years and only fished it the once. it is done mate save your time and join a local club. overrun with dog walkers banks are a mess pretty much anything decent has long gone. i used to fish this as a kid back in the 80s and it was a good little water. but the rise of the instant carp angler has finished it off. along with a couple of local club lakes.

Thank you all. it would have been the Ritchworth. quite an addictive smell. and it was the 1st boilie i ever caught on, even though it was a Tench, it had me hooked.

Hi All. just wondering if any one knows of any plum flavoured baits. i can vaguely remember back in the 90s using a boilie called plum royal and at the time had some reasonable success with it. cheers

Yes. I am going on Sunday. i don't really need anything, but it has been a long winter so just fancied a bit of wander, to get some inspiration. £19 for a ticket seems a bit steep though.

After all the hype and expectation. i found the bobbins underwhelming, look a bit cheap and nasty

Easier for me as south of the river. access will be better as brands are used to dealing with a lot of visitors.

I have a FWD Vito with the Renault R9 engine 1.6 . had it from new and the past year it has developed a mystery coolant leak. been in to Mercedes 3 times for diagnosis. who on the last visit freely admitted that as it has a Renault engine they don't know anything about them. and they suggested a new engine at 7.5 k plus labour and vat so somewhere in the region of 10k. so said it probably wasn't worth doing. currently at a local independent garage who removed the head sent it away to be tested and came back as no fault found.
So my advice 1.6 vito drives nice a bit asthmatic on hills.
so in summary an alright van dealer service rubbish
