Hi everyone ordered some bits off of tft on 28th dec estimated delivery within 7days, it's still not arrived not had any update emails since. I have sent an email requesting an update but no response? Anyone else had any issues with them or just me?
Never had any issues but it is still holiday style deliveries.

They're normally very good but I think you need to cut them a bit of slack mate. You ordered on the 28th, today's the 6th working day at one of their busier times of year, not to mention courier firms and Royal Mail probably still clearing back log.
At busier times it can also take them longer to reply, including WhatsApp.
Even with TFT XTRA it might still take longer, some of my stuff has at sale times.
Edit, I've assumed, possibly incorrectly, that you haven't paid for next day del in my reply above.

They are behind with dispatching goods they told me on what's app yesterday when I order something from them .I would give a few more days or drop them a what's app message find out what's going on

The one word you are missing out on in your post is an “estimated” delivery within 7 days
You ordered on a Saturday which means it probably wouldn't have even been looked at until the Monday.
As already said
Allow a bit extra time for this time of year.

Thanks for the info everyone wasn't sure if it was holiday times as no mention on the website or im to blind to see it. I had never had a problem before just wanted to make sure that there wasn't a problem with postage.

I ordered some new liners for my Skeetex boots, after checking they were in stock. A few weeks later I enquired where they were to be told that they were out of stock and that they would be sent out as soon as new stock arrived. I'll be honest it got to the stage where I forgot all about them.
Any I get a message saying that a DPD delivery was on its way, with a tracking number, I just assumed that it was yet another scam.
Imagine my surprise when I get home and there on my doorstep is a parcel, but I haven't ordered anything, thinks I. Well when I opened the parcel there are a lovely pair of Skeetex liners. Delivered just one year after being ordered, excellent service, highly recommended.

I've been having fun with angling direct, they dispatched my item via Dx deliveries who are useless. They gave me two delivery dates so far and have not delivered on any of them. It's been 9 days since I paid for the item, they should stick with parcelforce.

Just to rub salt into the wounds
I ordered from 2 different tackle companies
1st ordered Saturday “should be” delivered between 4 and 5
2nd ordered Sunday just delivered
There is another eBay order but I haven't even had any updates to that one yet lol

I messaged them on Facebook about an order I placed on Boxing Day. They said there was delays in their warehouse and would take a few days to clear the backlog. Got an email yesterday saying my order had been dispatched and it arrived today.
