Recently bought a SH extreme power porter and so far so good except I find the handle very low even at the highest setting.
I have an old handle from a fat boy that's much better, my question is how difficult is it to take the switch mech off? the rest is just cable ties etc but I'm worried that if I unscrew the two screws I can see on it it will spring/fall apart, is it a sealed unit that I can transfer?

It might be worth sending Carp Porter a message. I've found them very helpful with queries I've sent regards fitting CP stuff to a Trakker barrow so I assume with you having a CP product they will be more than happy to help

When I took delivery of my powerporter the handle was not welded properly.They sent out a new handle and I switched the switch over no problem at all.It is in two sections that were both sealed separately.This was on the latest power porter extreme,I think yours will be the same

Has it been modified ?
I have the extreme and I'm 6'4” and the handle is fine, it would go even higher
The legs are also on low setting so it's odd that you find it low

Again thanks all.
I don't think it's been modified but would say the bar with the additional handles for lifting /steering doesn't seem to sit correctly.
So going to give it a go at swapping them over, will probably be on again tomorrow with a tale of disaster!
