Hi all, i have a nash power barrow as described and wanted to know if anyone has driven their barrow through deep water and submerged the wheels where the motor is , and if so did they have any problems afterwards ? I would like to assume the unit is totally waterproofed for such a situation but could run into problems if it is not i guess so i thought id ask here first.

I did last winter several times up past the central hub with no issues occurring as yet.

Lol its not something I think I'd do by choice with mine - as a general rule of thumb water and electrics don't go hand in hand . . .saying that it sits out in the rain etc. Give it a go and report back!

Spoke to someone at nash who said just dont get the electric cables unit and batterys wet which seemed like a good idea, and said that the wheel and hub are fully waterproof so you can go through water up to the level of the batteries basically. as it turned out the track wasnt yet deeper than tyre level so happy days . But i will be sure to mention on here if it does ever break down due to water .
