Well what a let down this company have been ordered 40kg of particle on 5/08/24 to be delivered on 29/08/24 ready for my france trip on 30th no sign of the bait had confirmation emails from them saying yes deliver will be on that date had email from DPD saying delivery on this date but when go to track parcel they still awaiting parcel from supplier
Impact got no telephone contact number which in 2024 is unheard of emailed their sales team and still no reply from them all.in all what a shocking company to use once biten and all that
But not to even reply is discusting I'm my eye

Unless they're willing to send it to France next day it's a bit late! and I think the OP has better things to do right now. I'd of written the exact same, not as if they didn't have plenty of time to sort and or to cancel and let him purchase elsewhere....very poor.

Facebooked them 3 emails and still no reply what a shower of sh*t this company is worst I have come across

Echoes of monster particles spring to mind. It's clearly not a viable business venture.

Makes you laugh how at the start it was all “we won't be anything like monster, we are changing this bad rep” and it's been exactly the same story. Shocking company, how they're still going is the most confusing thing.
