Nothing unusual about praising Felindre, but FedEx lost my return parcel so Felindre without any question arranged for two Brand new reels to be sent to me.

Then... FedEx found my reels and delivered them!!

So Felindre have cancelled the order for new reels and other than a slight delay, my reels are where they belong and silky smooth.

Great customer service from them, thank you 👍👍
