Compared to the day ticket the catches from here go under the radar.

I see Tom Maker does the odd session and there's one real big un. Does anyone know the back up stock of the 3 lakes?

Lots of back up 20's & 30's, Yeomans has plenty of twenties plus the odd 30, unity slightly bigger average with Gaunts the big fish water (had my first UK 40 from there). I had 3 nice years on there 15 years ago focusing on Gaunts catching a number of fish, its a lot busier now and Gaunts is prone to flooding/being boggy. There are a number of videos on YouTube that show the complex.

Had the pleasure of helping the guy get it dealt with.
Heart condition and struggled to deal with it on his own.

Absolute pleasure to help him and make sure he would remember it and not just be a blurr.

Pub chuck pva bag in swim 3 never did better. First time he fished the place too.

Often the way mate - we over think it too often.

Saw a Barbel river record go once to a guy who just cast out some breadflake into the middle of the river. First time on a very popular venue.

Hunts corner is nice especially if you have a lake exclusive some big fish but has crays in it which kinda makes plastic baits essential IMHO.
