I've picked up an old pair of Shimano Twin Powers and a few eyes have lost their inner ceramics and outer metal rings slightly bent.

Is it possible to source replacements ceramics and repair or would the eyes need to be replaced?

I messaged a couple of local rod builders/repairers and got nothing back which was a little disappointing, so any advice appreciated or even if you think you can repair these and aren't too far from Portsmouth, please let me know.

You need to replace the guides. Alot of rod builders wont do it due to time it takes . Stripping off re whipping two coats of epoxy with 6 hours each coat on the drying machine.

Tackle box have done a bent and missing for me. They did it while I waited. if you or a buddy is passing Dartford.

Have a chat with rod box in Bullington/ Sutton Scotney. Not too far from Portsmouth.

Like jeffire says they need replacing in full , if by some miracle you manage to get the correct size they won't be as strong as they were made originally and prone to coming out again

I'm sure the twin powers (brown blank with red cross weave) had proper fuji sic's or aluminium oxides so they're a bit thicker in the wall and probably very difficult to replace the centres, definitely better to have new eyes fitted mate
