Was looking for a cheap set of 3 alarms with receiver for under £100.
Came accross 2 sets in the Prologic range. The C series and the Bat & Bite ranges.
They are both around the same price give or take a few quid. £60 - £70
Does anyone know which is the newer range of the two? I'm assuming this should be the better one.

The BAT is a better alarm. Recently bought a set of the C series as my old BAT alarms that I use down the park lake started to play up (after a good few years of abuse) amd they were cheap on AD. Only used the new alarms once but they are huge in comparison and ironically feel cheaper. Can't give a full review due to little use but1st impressions are that I wish I'd got another set of the BAT+ for a few quid extra

The Bat+ are excellent vfm and get a lot of good reviews on here. If the looks aren't for you, you should be able to get a set of their SMX alarms for close to £100. I have had these for 5 years now, and they are excellent. Similarly, their K3 alarms are close to £100 and these retailed at £250 when they first come out.
Alterntively, look at the second hand market but check them before you buy if you can!!
