First post here, nice to finally get on these forums

I hope this post is in the correct section

I am looking to find out what club owns this gate on the A49 River Severn, never been right up to it to read the signs but always wanted to fish it, i am an hour and a half away though so thought i would ask here to see if anyone had knowledge of the club who owns this ?

I would Ask on barbel fishing world forums
They would have a better idea

Or go up to the gate and read the sign?

I plan on doing so next time i am in the area but its an hour and a half from me hence why i asked on here just to see if anyone could save me fuel costs.

Shrewsbury Angling club have fishing rights at Pimley Manor and Winsford and district Angling have access rights as well a link from their site to parking which is basically the area you have highlighted on google so would be a good starting point to call them I'd say.

Your map link won't open for me, but for info, Lymm Angling Club have a stretch in Shrewsbury, if you go on their site they have Google map type locations
I have fished it probably near 25 years ago, had some good fish then but that was a long time ago. Very steep swim access.
