I have the standard boots which are fine and keep my feet toasty though when walking any distance down the river they are not the best due to their weight and fit.
I see the ultralights have been released though wondering if anyone has purchased them yet as they are said to be much better for walking in.

I've got a pair of these.
They have mainly been used for roving in the winter on the rivers. I've clocked up a fair few miles in a day without issue. They aren't quite as warm as the originals but I've used them in freezing conditions and they are ok.
So far they seem great value.

If your talking about the EVA foam boots I've had a pair for a good few years now. Nice and light so even when caked in mud I don't feel like I've got a pair of concrete boots on. As mentioned not the warmest. Your going to get a build up of moisture with this type of boot. I suffer with bad circulation and I get by in them.

I have had a pair of these for a while and love them. They live up to the name and are very comfortable and very light. As mentioned you do get moisture build up in them so its worth taking the liner out after each use and letting them dry.
