Any one own one and can give a honest review. My original ventec was huge but brilliant so hoping this is a bit more compact as its 2kg lighter than the old ventec bag i had with the new synthetic down filling. Its probably my only option for my wide solar bed as dont want a removable inner like what was on my gardner duvet plus. I did buy the bigger fortis bag but its still to narrow so have a brand new dpm fortis bag for sale if anyone is interested?

I have one, had it for a couple of years and it's decadent luxury, can't fault it in any way.
Warm in any temp yet roomy enough to get air in if you get too warm. the fabric is incredibly comfortable and warm. outer fabric is 20k material.

Sounds great. Is it as big as the old one as that was huge. Im hoping its smaller as new one is 2kg lighter.

I'd be interested if you go the new Evo Ventec what you think v the old. I have 1 of the old in as new and I'd imagine its hard to better it. It replaced the older Gardner Carp Duvet which I loved but its not a patch on the Evo.
Edit, can't remember if the older Evo has the fleece inner, seem to rem it has, poss the only minor niggle, not bothered about the size (just as well...lol,)

Will let you know when it arrives as ordered it last night. My original ventec had a fleece lining. Had the gardner plus duvet as well and that was crap compared to the ventec.

Are you sure T, reversible v removing one of the layers? I never removed any as it was only used in winter. It's in the room next to me, I could check but if you're wrong and I have to fight it back into it's bag that means I'll come looking for you

Just found a video on YouTube and yes on the one I had could defo choose between fleece and polyester liner

Yes, you are correct...the inner layers (top/bottom) look to be reversible but the outer layers aren't.
I'm guessing you could just fold the upper outer layer under you in summer to stay between the polyester only., tbh it's that long since I've used it I've forgotten nearly everything about it.
Forgot I'd bought the Royal sleeping bag err...bag, makes it so easy to store that giant of a bag
