Does anyone know if the daiwa ninja 1000 is a very small reel ?

I've got a ngt profiler 60 reel which has just broke but I want the daiwa ninja if ots the same size it's for 6ft rods

Anyone got a rough idea how small they are ?

Think the 1000 size is the smallest one, they are tiny.

6ft rods you're looking at a 4000 size minimum, great reels for the money

Smaller the better for me just don't wanna risk it just incase and my local tackle shop don't sell them

1K spooled reel is really aimed at ultralight to light lure spinning work with jigs etc to 18g

4K size what your are looking for.

They are far too small for carping -i use a 1500 size for dropshotting. Need 3000 size +

If you use 12lb + line on a small spool you get more memory so go biggest spool on a small body reel you can...the very best are wychwood extricators and they are really cheap too.

2000A are about 4-4 1/2” from back of reel to front of spool
Also hold 125 of 0.25

Far too small for carp fishing. It's a light lure or match reel

I've got the 1000 for lure fishing.
Don't think this reel I suited for carp fishing.
