Whilst out on Sunday night in the heavy rain it's become clear that my trusty cyprinus fast n light Brolly is intent on leaking through the boss despite my attempts at fixing with aquasure.
I've been looking at possible replacements and one that has come up is the cygnet cyclone 100 bivvy which seems to be based around the trakker/aqua pioneer style but I'm guessing with a cheaper nylon material. It's available very cheap currently (£160)
Does anyone have one of these and can give an honest long term review, in particular in regards to longevity, but also weight, packed down size and ease of set up/takedown.
I fish on average a night or 2 every week all year round, mostly over nighters so weight and speed of set up is important.

Not a review but reading another thread on here with Cygnet being taken over by Trakker I assume the Cyclone will be discontinued as I do not see the liklihood of Trakker keeping the product which directly competes with their Tempest range. With that in mind you may see further price reductions in the coming weeks

i was tempted to get one myself, and i was hoping they was going to bring out a mk2 version, so it had a mozzy panel at the back or front. however i just found out that Cygent tackle is no more, so if you buy one and have issues with the bivvy, you may have a issue

Block looks the same as my significantly more expensive Aqua Ultralite 100! Materials different / no peak on skull cap / no ventilation etc.
For the price it looks worth a punt if you like these shelters - send it off to Andy Army to get mozzie panels fitted and you'll still be saving £
